Steve Hilk is a finance professional with extensive experience in venture capital and accounting. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at XYZ Venture Capital since May 2021, Steve previously held the position of Controller at First Round Capital from June 2014 to May 2021. Prior to that, Steve was Finance and Accounting Manager at MainLine Investment Partners for over a year and a Senior Associate at Ernst & Young for nearly three years. Steve began their career as an Assurance Associate at McGladrey. Steve earned a degree in Accounting from Penn State University between 2005 and 2009.
