Kajetan Nadolski is an experienced hardware engineer with a strong background in electronics and mechatronics. Currently serving as the Lead Hardware Engineer at XYZ Reality since June 2022, Kajetan previously held roles as a Senior Hardware Engineer at Miura Systems Ltd and an Electronics Engineer at OGX|OPTOGRAPHX, among other positions in various companies. Notable projects include the design of optical quality inspection systems and a cost-effective spectrometer for agricultural use. Kajetan holds a Master’s degree in Mechatronics and Photonics Engineering and an Engineer's degree in Mechatronics with a focus on Electronic Measurement Systems from Warsaw University of Technology.
