Karin Yurchenko's work experience begins in 2017 as a Technical Support Specialist at Bezeq. Karin then moves on to TSG IT Advanced Systems Ltd., where they work in the Network Operations Center from May 2018 to February 2019. Following this, they join CloudZone as a member of the Public Cloud Operation Center from February 2019 to December 2019. In 2020, they become a Project Manager at the Israel Bar Association - Lishkat Orchey Hadin, a position they hold until January 2021.

In 2021, Karin joins Rayzone Group as a QA Lead (Python). In this role, they are responsible for planning and writing test plan documents, as well as maintaining and developing new systems. Karin follows an Agile methodology in their work. Karin then becomes an Automation Team Lead at Rayzone Group in September 2022, a position they hold until June 2023.

Most recently, starting in July 2023, Karin joins Xyte as a Senior QA Automation Engineer.

Karin Yurchenko obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Management from The Open University of Israel between 2018 and 2021. In order to expand their knowledge in Quality Assurance (QA), they pursued an Associate's degree in QA from QAOnline in 2020. Earlier, from 2004 to 2010, they attended Rager High School Beer-Sheva where they focused on Information Technology, although the specific degree earned during that time is not provided.
