Sascha Maier currently serves as Manager of Procurement and Customer Order Processing at Xylem Water Solutions GmbH, leading three teams with 28 employees in operational, strategic, and project procurement as well as Commercial Order Processing and Trade Compliance since March 2023. Previously, Sascha Maier held the position of Head of Procurement at Xylem Water & Wastewater, overseeing two teams with 14 employees in various procurement areas. Earlier career experience includes roles as Global Strategic Buyer and Product Management - Processing at TIPPER TIE, where international sourcing projects and product strategies were developed, and as Head of Quality Management at Höll GmbH, ensuring compliance and leading quality assurance teams. Sascha Maier holds a Master of Business Administration in General Management from Europäische Fernhochschule and a Bachelor of Engineering in Food Technology from the University of Applied Sciences Trier.
