Paula Albertson serves as the Vice President of Finance, Transformation & Process at Xylem Inc. since July 2019, following a diverse career at Sensus from January 2003 to July 2019, where roles included VP Finance for North America and EMEA & Asia Pacific, along with Acting Controller for Sensus UK. A strong background in financial systems and compliance is evident through positions held, including Sr. Manager of Financial Systems and Processes, and Manager of Finance, where key responsibilities encompassed the development of financial models, implementation of financial reporting processes, and management of SEC compliance. Prior experience includes significant roles at Invensys, Vanishing Point, The Body Shop, and Allsport Fitness & Racquetball Club, culminating in a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from The College of Saint Rose.
