Matthew Pine is an accomplished executive in the HVAC and water management industries, currently serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Xylem. From previous roles, Matthew Pine brought extensive experience as the Chief Operating Officer and held senior leadership positions including SVP and President of Applied Water & Measurement Control Solutions Segments and Xylem Americas. Prior to Xylem, Matthew Pine was President of Residential HVAC at Carrier, where responsibilities included serving as Vice President and General Manager and Vice President of Marketing, Digital and Product Management. Matthew Pine also held a strategic role at Vestas as Head of Power Plant Sales Technology and Site Engineering for Central Europe and contributed to product management and marketing efforts at Lennox International. Matthew Pine's early career included various sales, marketing, and general management roles at Trane. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from The University of Alabama.
