Bailey Johnston, PE, MPA, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager at Xylem Inc., focusing on enhancing stormwater and wastewater infrastructure through real-time monitoring and data analytics to promote efficiency and community sustainability. Prior experience includes significant roles at HDR as a Water Resources Engineer, where important projects included the Oroville Comprehensive Needs Assessment and the Oroville Dam Spillway reconstruction. Early career achievements involve designing urban stormwater drainage systems and working on various surface water projects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration in Water Policy from the University of the Pacific and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Portland State University.
