Ann O'Shaughnessy-Happel is an accomplished technology and business executive with extensive experience in IT leadership and operations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Tech Ops at QCR Holdings, Inc. since October 2023, Ann has also held significant roles including Vice President of Information Technology at Xylem Inc. from April 2019, and Vice President of IT at Valmont Industries, Inc. from April 2017 to April 2019, overseeing global IT initiatives and applications. Previous positions at Rockwell Collins included Director of Vendor Relationship Management and Director of Business Relationship Management, where Ann was responsible for managing IT supplier relationships and strategic alignment across divisions. In addition to a robust career in technology, Ann founded and led Marketness, a consulting services company, and held a vice president position at The Freedom Group, focused on sales and business development within the insurance software sector. Ann holds a Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Creighton University.
