Joseph Rubin is an experienced professional in the tree management and safety industries, currently serving as the Regional Business Development Manager at Xylem Tree Experts since July 2023. Prior to this role, Joseph was the Vice President of Operations at Pittman's Tree and Landscaping, Inc., where responsibilities included managing over 220 employees across multiple states. Joseph has also contributed as a Safety Consultant for 321 Safety Consulting & Training and as the owner of 321 Safety Training & Consulting LLC. Previous positions include serving as the Regional Safety/Compliance Supervisor and General Foreman at Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC, along with similar supervisory roles at Lewis Tree Service Inc. Joseph holds an M.B.A. and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Capella University, alongside a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Project Management and a CAD drafting certificate from Eastern Florida State College.
