Zachary Martin is a seasoned health professional with a focus on holistic health and wellness. Currently serving as a Health Advisor at ZMPT since January 2018, Zachary provides tailored health advice, personal training, nutritional guidance, and stress management education. In June 2023, Zachary expanded expertise by becoming a Personal Trainer and Health and Wellbeing Coach, delivering seminars for the NHS Diabetes Prevention Programme.
