Jake Adkins has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Jake began their career in 2008 as a Design Engineer at Snorkel, where they worked until 2013. Jake then took on the role of Project Engineer and Research and Development Manager until 2014, eventually transitioning to an Engineering Manager position until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, Jake served as the Director of Engineering at Snorkel. In 2021, they joined Ahern Engineering as the Vice President of Engineering. Later that year, they also took on the role of President of Engineering at Xtreme Manufacturing, LLC. In 2022, Jake became the Division President at Ahern Engineering. Additionally, they currently hold the position of President of Engineering at Snorkel and Xtreme Manufacturing, LLC.

Jake Adkins earned a Bachelor of Science degree in BSMET from Pittsburg State University in the years 2004 to 2007. Following this, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Baker University between 2013 and 2015.
