Rafael Olivas possesses extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a Fieldsuperintendent at Xtreme Drilling and Coil Services. Prior to this role, Rafael worked at Conquest Completions Services as a Coiltubing specialist since March 2015. Rafael also held the position of Purchasing/Shop Manager at Pioneer Energy from 2012 to 2013.
