Marcin Karpiński has worked in various engineering roles throughout their career. Marcin started in 2013 as an intern in the electronics testing department at WABCO. In 2014, they had a short internship in the automation design department at Teja Engineering. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as an engineer in the repair department at Gigabyte Technology Poland. Following that, they moved to Poltronic S.A. where they worked as an engineer in the repair department from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are working at XTPL as an Electronic Product Development Engineer, a role they started in September 2018.

Marcin Karpiński attended Wroclaw University of Science and Technology from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications. Marcin then continued their education at the same university and earned their Master's degree in Optoelectronics and Fiber Optic Technology from 2015 to 2016.
