Saiki spent 15 years at McKinsey & Company which he left (as a Senior Partner) in early 2015 to move to the startup ecosystem, first as the Head of Ekart (Flipkartā€™s supply chain business) and then as the Head of Marketplace at Ola.

Across his 18+ year career he has built deep global experience in strategy, operations and organization and applied these as a senior leader in the startup ecosystem, using a product-first approach to solving business problems.
