Alexandra Roch is a Senior Application Consultant at XTENSOS, specializing in SugarCRM, with a focus on system updates, custom report design, and data monitoring since May 2023. Previously, Alexandra served as an Application Management Specialist at Banca Transilvania, managing web applications and ensuring incident resolution under client SLAs. Alexandra's experience includes leadership roles at 8x8, where responsibilities ranged from managing the Local Number Porting department to coordinating porting projects. Earlier in Alexandra's career, roles included Application Management Services Consultant at NTT DATA Romania, Software Fulfilment Specialist and Technical Support Engineer at SDL plc, and Customer Service Representative at Sykes. Alexandra began a career in customer engagement as a Brand Ambassador for JTI. Alexandra holds a Master's degree in International Business from Universitatea Transilvania din Brașov and a high school degree in Computer Science from Colegiul National de Informatica Grigore Moisil, supplemented by an Erasmus experience at Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC).
