Amber Overla serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at CU*Answers and Xtend, bringing extensive experience in HR leadership since May 2016. In these roles, Amber Overla focuses on staffing, policy administration, compensation, employee relations, and training. Prior to these positions, Amber Overla held various roles at Hastings Mutual Insurance Company from March 2005 to May 2016, including Senior Human Resources Representative and HR Representative, and worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Pathologists Associated from August 1999 to March 2005. Amber Overla earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Ball State University between 1995 and 1999.
