Shruti Ranjan began their work experience in 2016 with an internship at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they gained valuable experience. Shruti continued their internship the following year at the same company. In 2017, Shruti joined Ericsson as a trainee for a brief period. Subsequently, they completed an internship at Hewlett Packard Enterprise before moving on to their current position. Since 2019, Shruti has worked at XTEN-AV, initially as a Full Stack Developer and currently as a Senior Software Developer.

Shruti Ranjan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Amity University in NOIDA. In addition to their degree, they also received certifications in AMCAT from Aspiring Minds in July 2019 and in Awakening India from Ramakrishna Mission in February 2012. Shruti also completed a Complete Python Bootcamp, but the month and year of completion are not specified.
