Matt Overd currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Kantar XTEL since August 2023. Prior to this role, Matt held multiple positions at Unit4, including Global FP&A Director for Revenue and Professional Services and Finance Director for UKI and APAC regions. Matt's extensive experience includes serving as Finance Director for Hitachi Vantara in the UK & Ireland and Sub Saharan Africa, overseeing finances for a significant turnover company and managing integration post-acquisition. Previous roles include Finance Acquisition Integration Lead and UK Operations Finance Manager at Hitachi, as well as FP&A Services Revenue Manager at Dell and Management Accountant at Ferring Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Matt's educational background includes being a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and holding a degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Brighton.
