Tom Thole is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the engineering sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Xtek Inc. since July 2019, Tom previously held the position of President at Bradley Lifting Corp. from April 2008 to June 2019. Tom's career at Xtek Inc. also includes roles as General Manager of the Roll Group and International Sales Manager from July 2002 to April 2008. Tom holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron, obtained between 1990 and 1992, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, earned from 1983 to 1988.
