Busayo Aliyu, ACIPM, currently serves as a Global Recruitment Resourcer at Recruitment Room and a Recruitment Specialist at XT.COM Exchange since November and February 2023, respectively. With extensive experience in talent acquisition, Busayo has held roles such as Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at Weshare Group, where responsibilities included managing the entire selection process and collaborating with Hiring Managers on recruitment strategies. Previous positions include Human Resources Officer at StarTimes Nigeria, focusing on interviews and payroll administration, and Human Resources Assistant at Zenera Consulting, emphasizing resume assessment and collaboration with HR leadership. Initial HR experience was gained as a Human Resources Intern at ISP. Busayo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Ilorin.
