Vadim Chernets has worked in the technology industry since 1999. Vadim started as an Application Developer at Onstage Media, then moved to ADP VirtualEdge as a Technical Consultant in 2001. In 2007, they joined the City of New York - HRA/MIS as a Technical Consultant, and also worked as a Technical Consultant at Nutrisystem. In 2010, they moved to ADP as a Lead Application Developer, and in 2018 they became a Senior Data Analyst at XSUNT Corporation.

Vadim Chernets holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineer programmer from Abu Rayhon Beruniy Nomidagi Toshkent Davlat Texnika Universiteti.
