Bryan McClarey has over 18 years of experience in product design, product management, and user experience. Bryan is currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Design at XSOLIS, where they are leading an enterprise re-platforming project. In this role, they oversee product requirements, UX design, UI development, and user testing for an AI-driven SaaS product. Bryan is also responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and feature roadmaps, while mentoring a team of Product Owners and UI/UX Specialists.

Prior to XSOLIS, Bryan held various leadership positions at axialHealthcare, InVivoLink, Tivity Health, and Healthways. At these companies, they managed product development, directed product management teams, and led the design and development of web and mobile applications. Bryan also played a key role in representing digital products to internal stakeholders and external clients. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong focus on user experience, data analysis, usability testing, and agile methodologies.

Bryan McClarey earned a B.A. degree in Psychology and English from Florida State University in 1997. Bryan later pursued a Ph.D. in Teaching and Learning from Vanderbilt University, which they completed in 2004.
