Hagai Gilad has a strong background in finance and accounting. Hagai is currently serving as the Corporate Controller at Xsight Labs LTD since December 2020. Before that, they worked as the Corporate Controller at Stratasys from July 2019 to December 2020. Prior to that, they held various roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals, including Director of Finance and Associate Director of Finance, from February 2017 to July 2019. Hagai also served as the EU Controller at MediWound from June 2015 to February 2017. Hagai started their career at EY, where they worked as a Manager at Ernst&Young assurance service Hi-Tech from December 2009 to May 2015.

Hagai Gilad attended Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2006 to 2009, where they studied Economy and Accounting and obtained a degree in accounting.
