Wil Eddins has held various roles with several companies over the past 18 years. From 2002-2004, they were a Retail Associate at Nike. From 2004-2010, they were a Brand Manager of Various Private Labels at Karmaloop.com, as well as a Special Projects/Supply Circuit and Head Men's Buyer. From 2010-2012, they were a Merchandise Manager at JBWKZ Companies (JABBAWOCKEEZ). From 2015-2017, they were Co-Owner at Institution 18b. From 2017-2019, they were Vice President of Apparel/Special Projects at FaZe Clan. Since 2019, they have been a Cultural Consultant at Genuine Overkill. In 2020, they became Co-Founder at XSET.

Wil Eddins attended the College of Southern Nevada from 2002 to 2004.
