Felix Robitaille serves as the Owner, President, and CEO of XRM Vision since September 2008, where responsibilities include providing strategic leadership, developing best-practice strategies for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and overseeing project delivery and implementation. Previous experience includes positions as CRM Project Functional Lead at Banque Laurentienne, Directeur of CRM Practice at Negotium Technologies Inc, Manager of CRM Solutions at Bell Business Solutions, and Business Solutions Manager at Fjord Interactive, all focused on establishing and managing Microsoft Dynamics practices. Felix Robitaille holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from HEC Montréal and has a history of working with notable companies such as Pratt & Whitney, McKesson Canada, and the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA).
