Santhiya Venkatesan is a professional in software testing and analysis with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as a Test Analyst at Xref since March 2023, Santhiya previously held the role of Senior Software Test Engineer at EPAM Systems, focusing on JIRA DB upgrades. Prior to that, Santhiya worked at Tata Consultancy Services for nearly a decade, taking on multiple roles, including Test Lead and Salesforce Administrator, where responsibilities included automating test scripts, coordinating UAT, and testing enterprise applications. Santhiya began a career in technology with a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Rajalakshmi Engineering College, completed in 2012.
