Sadiki Latty has extensive experience in software development and web technologies, currently serving as a Technical Design Lead and Senior Software Developer at the University of Ottawa since October 2015. Latty champions the Secure Software Development Life Cycle, collaborating with developers to standardize security practices in on-prem applications. In parallel, Latty has been a Web Developer at XR Studio since May 2013, creating and maintaining web applications with a strong focus on modern design and optimization. Prior roles include Senior Software Developer at eCrute Inc., where collaboration on product development occurred, and technology roles at STAPLES Canada, Seneca College, AMD, and Future Shop. Latty holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Technology Management from Ryerson University and a diploma from Seneca Polytechnic.
