Tamara Grabeal has been working in the healthcare field since 2003. Tamara began their career as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Tamara Hartsell, ARNP, P.C. From 2012-2013, they worked as a Nurse Practitioner at Oklahoma Heart Hospital. Tamara then moved to Integris Clinton Regional Hospital, where they held the same role. In 2014, Tamara joined Xpress Wellness Urgent Care as a Nurse Practitioner. In 2018, they moved to Bluth Medical Associates, where they worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner, providing primary care across the lifespan, assessing, diagnosing, and managing both chronic and acute health related issues, and providing wellness assessments. In 2019, Tamara was promoted to Executive Director of Advanced Practice Providers at Xpress Wellness Urgent Care.
Tamara Grabeal obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southwestern Oklahoma State University between 1990 and 1994. Tamara then went on to receive a Master of Science (M.S.) in Family Practice Nurse/Nursing from Graceland University between 2001 and 2003. Additionally, they hold two certifications: Certified Diabetes Educator from the National Certification Board of Diabetes Educators and Family Nurse Practitioner from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
