Dr (Mrs) Markie Idowu is a seasoned financial consultant with extensive experience in the banking sector and executive management. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at Xpress Payment Solutions Ltd since February 2020, Markie previously held the position of Managing Director at Mimark Nigeria Limited from March 2017 to January 2020. Markie's career includes significant roles at Skye Bank Plc as Executive Director, Guardian Express Bank as Deputy General Manager, and Fidelity Bank PLC as Head of Consumer Banking, among others. Markie has an academic background that includes a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Aston University, a Master of Business Administration from Lagos Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Benin.
