Victoria Oropeza, MS, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Change Management Lead in Human Resources at XPO since January 2021, where previous roles include Human Resource Manager and Human Resource Generalist. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Team Leader of Human Resources at Target from August 2018 to January 2021 and Branch Manager at Enterprise Holdings from August 2017 to August 2018. Victoria's early career includes positions at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, R.E.N.E.W., 211 Big Bend, Prime Communications, and Aeropostale. Victoria holds a Master's degree in Instructional Systems and Learning Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida State University, along with an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Broward College.
