Soheyl Zehtabiyan is a seasoned professional in Operations Research with extensive experience in optimizing large-scale transportation and logistics networks. Currently serving as a Principal Operations Research Scientist at XPO since November 2022, Soheyl develops efficient strategies while collaborating with leadership to address business challenges. Prior roles include Staff Data Scientist - Operations Research at Walmart Global Tech, where Soheyl led the design and implementation of operational models used across 4,500 stores, and Manager II - Strategy & Transportation Optimization, focusing on data-driven decision-making for transportation networks. Earlier experience includes positions at Rain Carbon Inc. and the University of Alabama, where Soheyl contributed to strategic planning and education in operations management. Soheyl holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from The University of Alabama and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Tabriz.
