Graeme Tutt is an experienced professional in organizational development with expertise in employee experience initiatives, engagement survey design, onboarding program design, and learning management platform implementation, currently serving as the Organizational Development Lead at Xplor since October 2020. Prior roles include Talent & Culture Business Partner at PerfectMind by Xplor and Project Coordinator during a practicum at Douglas College, where Graeme co-facilitated sessions for individuals with lived mental health experiences. Previous experience spans sales and customer service roles in various organizations, along with direct sales and team leadership at the Ducere Global Business School.
