Leena Baliyan is an experienced Human Resources Manager at XpertVantage since January 2013, leading recruitment efforts for telecom clients such as Bell, Rogers, and TechM. Leena has been instrumental in managing the complete staffing life cycle from resource identification to onboarding. Prior to this role, Leena served as Manager-Recruitment at a confidential company since October 2011 and as Sr. Staffing Manager at another confidential company from June 2006 to September 2011, where a progression from technical recruiter to management was achieved by surpassing placement targets. Leena holds an M.Sc in Environmental Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology from Delhi University.
