Dr. Carey D. Waddell, a highly experienced professional in fire safety and organizational leadership, currently serves as President of CW Thriving Abundantly Enterprises and a Mortgage Loan Officer at Xpert Home Lending, Inc. Key past roles include Deputy Fire Chief at U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay and Installation Fire Chief at CNRJ Fire & Emergency Services. Dr. Waddell has also contributed significantly to fire safety as Assistant Chief of Fire Prevention at Beale Fire Emergency Services and as a member of the Board of Directors for the National Fire Heritage Center.
