Kushal Patel currently serves as the Executive Director for Albion SC Brooklyn and the Global Sports Operations Manager at Xperi Inc., both positions held since 2020 and 2022, respectively. Previously, Kushal was a Youth Scout for New York City Football Club (NYCFC) and held the role of Men's Soccer Assistant Coach and Director of Performance Analysis at the College of Mount Saint Vincent. Additionally, Kushal has experience as a Mathematics and Computer Science Teacher with the NYC Department of Education, where a notable achievement includes serving as the head coach and program creator for the varsity soccer team at Columbia Secondary School, leading the team to significant ranking improvements. Educationally, Kushal holds a Master of Global Sport from New York University, a Master of Education from Long Island University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Trinity College-Hartford.
