Charles Kong has extensive experience in electrical engineering and program management, currently serving as Program Manager for the Global Sourcing Team at iBiquity Digital since April 2006. In this role, Charles collaborates with consumer electronic suppliers in Asia to develop HD Radio products, overseeing manufacturing activities and ensuring quality assurance standards. Previously, Charles held the position of Senior Hardware Design Engineer on the HD Radio Reference Design Team, where product specifications were developed and manufacturers were trained. Before joining iBiquity Digital, Charles worked at Motorola from 2000 to 2006 as an Electrical Engineer, leading a product development team for rugged mobile computing solutions. Charles holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Wireless Communications from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stony Brook University.
