Samara Werner has extensive experience in leadership and educational roles, currently serving as the CEO of Xpecies since October 2022. Prior to this position, Samara held the CEO role at Tamboro from July 2011 to October 2022 and served as Diretora de Educação at Oi Futuro from May 2001 to June 2011. Samara began their career as a Software Engineer at Furnas, where employment lasted from April 1988 to January 2000. Additionally, Samara was the COO of Beducation for a brief period in 2000. Samara's educational background includes studies at UERJ from 1983 to 1987 and at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro from 1995 to 1997.
