Christopher Gizzi

Christopher Gizzi has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Christopher currently works at Xpansiv, where they hold the position of VP & Head of Global Operations Strategy; Sales Operations; and Client Service & Delivery, Platform, starting in August 2023. Prior to this, they were the VP & Head of Global Operations Strategy, Platform at Xpansiv from January to August 2023. Christopher also worked as the XMarkets Strategy & Operations Lead at Xpansiv from December 2021 to January 2023.

Christopher held the role of Director, Business Operations and Client Engagement at Lukka from October 2020 to November 2021.

From November 2018 to October 2020, Christopher worked as the Managing Principal - Financial Services, Operations, and Digital Transformation Leader at Aquinnah Group, a boutique management consulting firm. In this role, they directed the firm in delivering digital transformation strategies and thought leadership to financial services organizations, as well as provided operations improvement solutions to emerging Fintech startups.

Before joining Aquinnah Group, Christopher worked at Symphony.com as the Professional Services Workflow from January to November 2018. At Symphony.com, they steered new market business development and product management, focusing on Fintech startups.

Christopher started their career at PwC in September 2011 and held the position of Manager, Capital Markets Advisory Services until January 2018. Christopher provided top-level consulting to banks, hedge funds, and financial services technology providers, offering process reengineering, lean transformation, operations management, regulatory remediation, and project management services.

Prior to PwC, Christopher worked at Fidessa, where they held multiple roles. From June 2009 to April 2011, they served as the Business Process Manager, leading the Business Process and Solutions Group for North America. Christopher also worked as the Enterprise Project Manager at Fidessa from October 2006 to June 2009, overseeing customer implementation and transformation projects for global investment banks.

Earlier in their career, Christopher served as the Chief Technology Officer at MotherRock, LP, an alternative investment startup, from August 2005 to October 2006. Christopher was responsible for supervising all technology aspects, including infrastructure, post-process support, critical software, business continuity planning, contract negotiations, vendor relations, budgeting, and training.

Christopher's first professional role was as a Project Manager at the New York Mercantile Exchange from October 2001 to July 2005. In this role, they led strategic initiatives, managed the project lifecycle, and implemented electronic trading solutions and APIs to reduce labor costs and trade errors.

Christopher Gizzi has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Rider University.
