Paulo Mattos is a seasoned professional in the finance and consulting sectors, currently serving as the Strategy & Performance Senior Lead in Credit at XP Inc. since March 2024. Additionally, Paulo is a mentor for HackBrazil at the Brazil Conference at Harvard & MIT, active since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Consultant at Visagio from April 2021 to February 2024, Financial Consultant at Creditas from September 2020 to April 2021, and Broker Dealer Intern at BTG Pactual from February 2019 to September 2020.
