Michael Jung has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael most recently worked at Xos Trucks since November 2021, where they held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel-Governance and Securities. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2021, they worked as an Associate at Latham & Watkins. Michael also had a significant tenure at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where they worked as an Associate from 2015 to 2020. Before that, they were a Summer Associate at the same company in 2014. Michael has also worked as a Summer Honors Intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission in 2013. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Analyst at Cornerstone Research from 2009 to 2012. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as an Intern at Sanford C. Bernstein in 2008 and Morgan Stanley in 2007.

Michael Jung attended Hunter College High School from 1999 to 2005. Michael then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Finance at The Wharton School from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Harvard Law School, graduating in 2015.
