Tony Zhu has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and engineering. Tony started their career in 1991 at ALCATEL-LUCENT USA INC. as a Senior Software Development Manager/Software Engineer, leading a team of engineers in various projects. Tony then joined Cisco in 1999 as a Technical Lead, responsible for developing the SCCP device module in CUCM and participating in major redesigns of the system. Tony went on to become a Software Development Manager at Cisco, leading a team of engineers on call processing feature development. In 2013, they were promoted to Senior Software Development Manager, leading a team of architects and component guardians within an Agile/Scrum environment. Tony currently works as the Web Collaboration Engineering Lead at XOP Networks, where they lead a team in developing and supporting the Web Collaboration system.
