Charles LaRocco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security and compliance within the aviation industry. Since December 2020, LaRocco has served as the Director of Security and Compliance for US Fleet Operations at XOJET Aviation, where expertise in regulatory adherence and operational safety is applied. Prior to this role, LaRocco held a significant position as Supervisor of the Behavior Detection Unit at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Transportation Security Administration from January 2004 to May 2018, contributing to national security efforts through behavior analysis and risk assessment strategies.
