Wade Bradford has been working in the industry since 2016. Wade's first role was Ground Operations Supervisor at Southwest Airlines, where they enrolled in the Emerging Leadership Development Program, an 18 month operational leadership program. In 2020, they moved to Snider Fleet Solutions, taking on the role of Manager and Sales Training Program / Service Manager. Currently, they are employed by XOi Technologies as a L2 Support Engineer.

Wade Bradford attended Nashville Software School from 2021 to 2022, where they earned a Full Stack Software Engineer degree, focusing on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, and Django. Wade also attended Nashville Software School in 2021, where they completed the Jumpstart: Intro to Web Development program, focusing on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. From 2011 to 2015, Wade attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and earned a Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations.
