Ignacio Agote is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic development. Currently, Ignacio serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Southeastern International Services since June 2022 and has been a Partner at Xochi Ventures since August 2015, focusing on high-impact investments in early-stage tech startups. Prior to this, Ignacio held significant roles at Bunge, including Director of Bunge Loders Croklaan Latin America and Director of Specialty Ingredients North America, where responsibilities included overseeing M&A activities and business planning. Ignacio has also served as Manager of Business Development at Bunge Latin America and gained foundational experience through internships and associate roles at firms such as OurCrowd and Oxford Capital Partners LLP. Ignacio holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Licenciado in Business Administration from Universidad de 'San Andrés'.
