Arthur Zards has a long and varied work experience. In 2021, they became a Founding Member of WXO - World Experience Organization. From 2009 to 2021, they were the Executive Director, Executive Producer, Founder/Curator/Executive Director/Event Producer, and Curator of TEDxNaperville. In 2014, they became the Chief Experience Officer and Executive Director of Lab Z. From 2001 to 2014, they were the Co-Founder/CMO/Digital Strategist/Digital Marketing of XNet. In 2011, they were invited by the TED organization to be an official Host during the TED Active conference. From 1992 to 1995, they were a member of the Community Emergency Response Team Naperville and a NEMA Field Unit for the City of Naperville. In 2013, they were a Workshop Facilitator for TED Active 2013, a Speaker for TEDxBeaconStreet in 2012, and a Participant and Workshop and Training Facilitator for TEDxSummit in 2012.

Arthur Zards obtained their B.A. in Business/Marketing from Benedictine University between 1990 and 1992. In 2013, they obtained a Pragmatic Marketing Certification (PMC) from Pragmatic Marketing and a Terrorism Awareness for Emergency First Responders certification from the Department of Homeland Security. In 2015, they obtained a Strategic Management and Innovation Specialization from the Copenhagen Business School.
