Paul Lord is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology management and solution architecture. Currently serving as Territory Services Manager at Red Hat since September 2019, Paul leads a team of consultants focused on OpenStack, OpenShift, and other Red Hat solutions integral to mobile networks. Prior to Red Hat, Paul held multiple key positions at Verizon Enterprise Solutions, including Director of Solutions Architecture, where leadership spanned pre-sales teams for cloud and security services. Additionally, Paul contributed significantly to Totality Corporation as V.P. of Technology, overseeing R&D and ITIL operations. Early career roles included senior technical positions at Discover Brokerage Direct and Bay One Technologies, along with foundational experience as a system administrator at Xaos Tools, Inc. Paul holds a BA in English from James Madison University.
