Rich Compestine has over three decades of experience in technical support and audio production. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer II at Smarsh since December 2015 and a Senior Client Assistance Representative at xMatters, Inc. since April 2013, Rich specializes in assisting enterprise customers and internal teams with software solutions. As the owner of RichAudio Productions since January 1989, Rich has provided professional audio services for a diverse range of events, collaborating with notable artists such as Ronnie Montrose and Sammy Hagar. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Technical Support Consultant at GXS from April 2000 to April 2013.
