Holly Pontifex is an experienced engineering manager currently at Everbridge since May 2021, with an extensive background in quality assurance development at xMatters, inc. since April 2019, where roles included Senior QA Developer, QA Developer, and Jr QA Developer. Previous experience includes positions as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Quality Assurance Analyst Co-op at DeliverySlip Inc. from May 2017 to December 2018, and a research internship at the Research Group of Molecular Radiobiology at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München, where Holly focused on the effects of FANCA over-expression on DNA repair mechanisms. Additional laboratory assistance experience was gained at the Stem Cell Assay Lab at BC Cancer Research Centre from September 2013 to May 2014. Holly Pontifex holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science and Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Simon Fraser University, obtained from 2013 to 2018.
