Ibtissem Oueslati is currently serving as an Enseignante Vacataire at 3iL Ingénieurs since November 2022 and is also a PhD student at XLIM, focusing on resource allocation for massive IoT deployment, including 5G and NOMA technologies. Oueslati has gained research and development experience at XLIM and ENSIL-ENSCI from January to June 2021, concentrating on resource allocation in IoT networks. Earlier roles include work in R&D internships at XLIM, involving MATLAB simulations and experimental validations of THz photoconductive antennas, as well as hyperfrequency filter adjustment using intelligent robotics. Oueslati holds a Master of Science in Engineering Physics and has dual Bachelor degrees in Engineering Physics and Telecommunications Engineering from the Université de Limoges and Institut Supérieur des Etudes Technologiques en Communications de Tunis.
