Kailey Dubuque, PHR, currently serves as the Deputy Director of Human Resources for the City of Westbrook since March 2024 and has also been providing services as Front Desk Staff at XL Sports Tours since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Recruitment & Benefits Specialist and Human Resources Generalist at the Town of Kennebunk, Maine, from September 2019 to March 2024. Previous positions include Sales Associate at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC., Human Resources Assistant and Communications Intern at the Town Of Scarborough, and Sales and Marketing Intern at Green Tree Event Consultants. Kailey's career began at Kampgrounds of America, Inc., and included a work-study position at the University of New England's Student Financial Services Office. Kailey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of New England (2015-2019) and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources at Thomas College, expected to be completed in 2026.
